This is my new favorite fresh summer salad! I found the idea on this site today and I will be making this a lot from now on. The best part about it is it’s so simple to make (and cost efficient) and the flavors just all come together so nicely.

Lately, it’s become known that if you’re coming to my house for dinner, you should not make any plans to go out and socialize after. This is due to my affinity for cooking with garlic.
