Eat Sprouts, They’re Good For You!

When I first started making my hummus, tomato and sprout breakfast, I purchased a sprout variety pack from my local market that included Clover, Alfalfa and Radish sprouts. They proved to be the perfect topping to my breakfast of champions. They add just the right touch of morning refreshment. I knew these little guys were good for you, but after some googling and a little help from the International Sprout Growers Association, I discovered that each kind has different health benefits.
